Name: Kash
Species: Eevee
Gender: Male
Age: 13 years
Level: 43
Status: Trainer--Callie Masters
Home: Lilycove City - Hoenn
Picture: see Callie Masters --> picture
Attacks: Tackle, Quick Attack, Bite, Facade, Shadow Ball, Take Down
Description: Kash isn't an unusual looking Eevee. He has soft brown fur all over with a cream-colored "mane" around his neck, and lighter hairs at the end of his tail. His eyes are big, brownish-red, and expressive. He often can't hide what he's feeling with his eyes. His long ears resemble that of a rabbit's and can hear things from far away.
Kash does have some features that set him apart, however. For example, he has a small darker colored clot of fur on his cheek. This is from a scar that he gained while sneaking out and exploring Lilycove City. Somehow he got himself caught on a metal fence and couldn't escape. The metal cut him on the cheek, and he's never healed completely from it since. His legs are also slightly longer than an Eevee should be, giving him a slight edge on Tackle and Quick Attack. With it he can move a bit faster than normal, and his agility is better. Callie's hard running training also helps boost his speed.
Personality: He's pretty sharp, like his owner, and he'll often clash with people/Pokemon with strong personalities. Or at least, he will in his mind. He's not the type to speak his mind, and whenever he does talk, it's usually when he's very angry or very fired up about something. He loves Callie as if she were his best friend (which she is) and will protect her from anything, even if it meant to sacrifice his life. That might be partially because they are the same in many ways. He trusts her guidance because he knows her very well.
When it comes to things like being best friends with Callie, he can be fierce, but shy about it. He doesn't like to talk about his feelings, and they get all bottled up until he snaps, and that's not good, because he then starts going in a rampage. Usually, when he's feeling happy, he'll be very patient, but if he's moody, he can be like soda--shake him up and boom!
History: Kash hatched from an egg that Anthony had taken care of back when Anthony was a Gym Leader. From then, he was the family pet, but he had developed an especially close bond with Callie. When she was ten, she set off on her journey to become a Pokemon trainer. Kash missed her so much he tracked her down and became one of her Pokemon. Since then he's been running around Sinnoh and Hoenn with her, and now Cameron.
Other: Kash doesn't want to evolve. Callie almost tried to evolve him into Glaceon, but he resisted, and she let him be. Though maybe now he might want to evolve....
RP Example: Kash yawned. He missed home. Lilycove City was beautiful, and he also really wanted to go swimming. Cameron didn't have any nice places of water, except for perhaps the lake. But that was too deep. Only Vip would be able to swim well down there. Kash would die if he tried to swim in there. And he knew Callie wouldn't want that. He didn't want that either. He wanted to stay with Callie. Sure, he missed Anthony and Ellen, but Callie was... how to describe it? He had the closest bond with her, perhaps. Her older brrother Daniel was too brash, maybe, too overconfident. But Callie was calculating, perhaps even deadly in battles. And she had a good eye for things. She'd always make the crowd wow at Vip and Krystal's strong and powerful moves, but he couldn't blame them. They were good to behold. She'd certainly taken on to coordinating well. She'd even gotten Top 10 in Hoenn. Impressive.
But he'd always sensed that small insecurity of losing. Okay, so maybe it wasn't small; before battles it'd usually overpower all of her thoughts. Maybe that's what Kash liked about Callie--her desire to win was strong, like his. He liked to win too. It gave you that soaring feeling, that feeling that made you want to shout and laugh and scream all at the same time. Losing, on the other hand, made you want to throw things at the wall and blinded you. But, the Eevee thought reflectively, I suppose it is a good way to learn. To come back. To win again.
"Kash? Come on, it's time. Do you want to go to that contest that guy set up? Or rather, do you want to win that contest?" Callie's blue-green eyes suddenly appeared out of nowhere, her long dark hair swinging over her face. She was already dressed in a deep blue-green halter top and black dress pants, her contest outfit. Her eyes burned with the fire of determination. It caught on to Kash.
<"Of course!"> he said, and trotted at her feet to head to the stadium.
It was time.
