Attacks:
Bone Club (Ground), Bonemerang (Ground), Dig(Ground), Sandstorm(Ground),
Description:
Ryan, like most Cubones, appears to be a small, brown dinosaur-like Pokémon, that constantly wears a skull (supposedly the skull of its mother) like a helmet. The skull masks his true face from view, which makes it a puzzlement for many trainers and researchers. It carries another bone, which it uses to attack with moves like Bone Club.
Ryan has a plump body with a paler-colored underbelly. He has strong, clawed limbs to carry his bone as a weapon around wherever he goes. He has a single, nailed toe on each foot, with two spikes on its back. A small tail is also present for balance, but it can be used for attacking.
Personality:
Ryan is constantly lonely, due to the fact that he's without his mother, and moans plaintively.
During the night, he cries for its lost mother and is unable to let go of the memory of her. Ryan's cries echo within the skull and it comes out as a pained and sad melody that can travel for miles around his surroundings. On the night of a full moon, his cries are the loudest - for it seems to recognize its mother's face in the moon.
Despite these mournful nights, when Ryan can't contain his terrible lonliness, Ryan can be quite friendly.
During the day, if Ryan stumbles upon another Pokemon or human, he is known to be quite friendly. Maybe this is because he's alone all the time, and any company is somewhat pain-dulling.
Easy to upset, and easy to console.
History:
For the first year and a half of his life, Ryan lived in solitude. Living in the grief, for his lost mother, and the lonliness it brought in it's wake. During this time, Ryan never strayed too far from his dark cave, it was the one place he felt close to his mother especially on full moons when he recognizes his mother's face in the brightness. Lonliness gripped the Pokemon's heart and finally when he was about two years old he left the one place he knew as home. But his mother still travels with him, in the skull he wears on his head, and in the recognizable face in the moon.
Now Ryan is traveling away from his dark cave, in search for a better life and possibly friends. He's lived in solitude for so long, he may not be the easiest person to communicate with, but he'll try his best. This little guy is determined to meet new Pokemon, and possibly... a trainer?
Still to this day, Ryan mourns for his mother daily, and is unable to let her go.

RP Example:
The beautiful moonlight, alit the gray skull that fit so perfectly atop the Cubone's head, making it appear a bright white. His tan skin, was now gray in the full moon's glow. The creature lifted his head, to peer at the full moon. He blinked, tears sliding own the skull that hid his face so perfectly.
A loud cry, echoed through the skull, escaping from it a mournful wail that echoed from the rocks around him.
