Description:
Tori is pallid-skinned with dark hair and big green eyes. Standing at about 5"5 she's a bit of a shorty, but her height doesn't deter her from anything. She weighs about one-oh-four, being of such a small stature, and has often been called petite by others. Long black hair cascades down Tori's back, and bangs of the same color shag around her face. Thin, elegant eyebrows remain over her eyes, accenting the bright green of their depths.
Her wardrobe consists of mostly skirts and blouses, though she seems to prefer darker colors that make the rest of her look bright, so seeing tori decked out in black isn't unusual. She seems to have a particular liking in one outfit which consists of a skirt, stockings, and collared jacket over a white shirts, replacing where a tie would normally reside with a thin red bow. She wears comfortable leather slip-on shoes that are good for walking around in. A large backpack goes with her everywhere, stuffed with everything a breeder and medical helper needs.
Personality:
Tori is naturally quiet, preferring to be the listening side of any and all conversations- unless there is something that peaks her interest. She is both silent and shy, tending to dart away from others and keep away from most social events. If a pokemon she likes is present though- she changes entirely. Being a breeder, beautiful and well-fit pokemon catch her eye immediately. Sick pokemon do as well, since Tori often carries around a medical kit in case of anything ever happening. She's the type to feed strays and wild pokemon with many of the bowls and canisters of home-made poke-food she carries on her person. With a hand for cooking poffins and pokeblocks are also abundant, and it can be noted her pokemon are always happy and in peak physical form. She is very nice if you can hold a conversation with her, and incredibly passionate about pokemon. Tori seems to lose all her shyness if abuse or neglect of a pokemon can be seen by her eyes, often marching up to the trainer and shouting about their lack of care for their partners. All in all, Tori Verculo is a whirlwind of conflicts, but it can be sure that her strong passion in her profession and pokemon always bring her through.
This dark haired girl has such a passion for feline pokemon that she is known to tag after owners of such creatures for hours, pestering them on their charges. Her overwhelming like for the cat-like has gotten her into many an awkward jam, but her intentions are good and her luck high, and Tori gets her way out of sticky situations as such.
History:
Born in Cianwood city in the Johto region, Tori grew up in a relatively small town whose entire wellbeing revolved around the famous cianwood city pharmacy where Tori learned most of her 'medical' training. Her mother was the owner, her father the roaming legendaries expert Eusine, and life was as simple as that. Her dad left when she was nine to go search for suicune as he had years before, and she said her goodbyes sadly, hoping him a good journey and a fruitful capture.... her mother did the same.
The two, daughter and mother, were incredibly close. So close they did everything together. Tori learned every secret of the pharmacy there was, from the mixtures of the town-specific special medicines to the cooking of certain poffins that would benefit a breeder as she aspired to be. This all went on until Tori was fifteen, a time at which the town was in turmoil.
There was a man who had come and bought up most of the property, claiming he would turn the area into a tourism-centered town. Nobody wanted the sell their small businesses, but the low income rate was easily bought over, and that was that. Tori and her mother were the only people operating their own business at that time, and the man very much wanted it. The night after he made his third offer the pharmacy mysteriously caught fire. Tori managed to save most of the medicine and special mixtures with help from her mom. The pharmacy burned down and Tori's mom had to sell the charred land to the business man. The exchange was overly friendly and ended, a few months later, in marriage. Tori left for a better place, took her eevee who was now a vaporeon, stole away her mothers old flute she used to be played tunes on, and skedaddled. She ended up in Cameron on the doorstep of a friend and that was the end of her traveling. For now.

Other: She plays the flute. c:
RP Example:
A girl sat by the edge of the lake, pale hands clutching a beautifully painted wooden flute and lips hesitating to play it. Across her lap stretched a rather wonderful-looking creature, whose waterproof fur was sleek with the clinging lake water. The beasts white collar scratched the girls legs but she didn't mind, nor did she mind the dampness the water pokemon was getting on her. Stroking the creatures head affectionately, Tori let loose a short musical twitter on her flute, that cause the heads of the two other pokemon curled up beside her to raise. Inca, the Glameow, and Peru, the shinx, stared at her drowsily, seeming to grin at the music. She smiled slightly back and the two dropped their heads again, closing their eyes in the weak morning sunshine. Blowing a few more notes on the instrument, a wonderful purring noise followed after. The vaporeon on her laps' content feline noises were encouragement to the sixteen year old, and she set into a song, playing low and soft in a note that was beautiful enough to lure down a Lugia. But it wasn't a lugia who alighted on the tree branches above her head, oh no.... it was a pidgey. Settling into its roost to listen to her song, the brown bird pokemon trilled a few notes of its own, as Tori continued. A sentret crept up near her foot, plumed tail jiggling curiously, followed by a white and blue pachirisu who stared up at her in wonder. Tori didn't move for fear of frightening the wild creatures, merely kept playing and closed her eyes. All was peaceful, all was right. [/blockquote]
